I enjoy creating new dishes for the Number 4 menu from scratch! My passion for the freshest ingredients and homemade dishes is evident in every menu item we offer. I look forward to you dining with us and experiencing all that our menu has to offer.

Mark Kohner is the head chef at Number 4 American Bar & Kitchen. He has worked at several Italian restaurants and country clubs in the Twin Cities for the past 14 years including La Grolla Italian Restaurant in St. Paul, MN, Pazzaluna Urban Italian in St. Paul, MN and The Wayzata Country Club in Wayzata, MN. He has enjoyed creating Number 4’s menu from scratch to offer you items that can’t be experienced anywhere else but at Number 4. In addition, Mark also cooks at The Neighbor’s Italian Bistro.
