I took my wife to Number 4 for our anniversary and it was amazing. The decor was awesome and our food was outstanding. We had the scallops as an appetizer, which were the best we have ever had. We both enjoyed our entrees and we ordered dessert - the crème brulee sampler which was also outstanding. I would highly recommend dining at Number 4. The best in town!
